Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
RiskReport360 provides:
- External domain-based cyber risk assessments
- Automated reporting
- License-based access to reports
- API-based integrations
- White-label and OEM delivery services
The Services evaluate publicly accessible digital exposure only.
The Services are NOT: penetration tests, security guarantees, legal advice, or compliance certification.
3. Diagnostic Scope
The standard assessment includes:
- One Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) per report
- Publicly discoverable subdomains listed for visibility
- No internal system access
- No endpoint scanning
- No URL-path penetration testing
Additional scans require separate authorization and fees.
4. License and Access
Access to reports may require:
- License keys
- Subscription credentials
- API authentication
License keys are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted, may be revoked for misuse, and may expire per subscription terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Circumvent licensing mechanisms
- Use automated scraping tools
- Misrepresent reports
- Use the Services to harass or target third parties
You represent that you have authority to request assessment of submitted domains.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, scoring models, and report formats are proprietary.
You may not reproduce, modify, resell, or reverse engineer except as permitted under written agreement.
OEM or white-label partners may distribute reports subject to separate agreements.
7. Payment Terms
Fees are:
- Subscription-based or per-report
- Non-refundable unless required by law
- Subject to applicable taxes
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee:
- Complete vulnerability detection
- Absence of security incidents
- Continuous uptime
- Accuracy of third-party data sources
Cybersecurity is dynamic and evolving.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Security breaches
- Reliance on report findings
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- Unauthorized domain submissions
- Misuse of reports
- Violation of these Terms
- Third-party claims related to your use
11. OEM / Partner Distribution
The Services may be delivered through:
- Affiliates
- Authorized distributors
- White-label partners
- Integrated third-party platforms
In such cases, additional contractual terms may apply.
12. Data Processing Addendum (Enterprise)
Enterprise customers may request a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Non-payment
- License abuse
- Terms violations
- Security concerns
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates or as specified in a separate agreement.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Binding arbitration or court jurisdiction as specified in applicable agreement
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
